Climbing athletes across the US are preparing to compete in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. USA Climbing believes that athletes that have the opportunity to compete internationally will be better prepared to represent the USA in Tokyo. Many of these talented athletes lack the financial ability to travel and compete internationally. That’s why we’re launching a brand new initiative to better support athletes that are competing internationally, The Circle of Gold

ABOUT THE CIRCLE OF GOLD

The Circle of Gold is an initiative created by USA Climbing to send National Champions and elite-level US climbing athletes to international competitions in 2018. We’re building a committed group of individual donors that believe that we need to better support US athletes in international competition, so that our athletes can be at the top of their game, headed into the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. We’re calling this committed group of individuals The Circle of Gold.

All funds raised by The Circle of Gold will be used to send National Champions and elite-level US competitors (those with a history of advancement to semifinals and finals at international competitions) to international competitions in 2018.

Our goal is to raise $50,000 by February 12, 2018. We’re asking you to give $1,000 or more to be a part of The Circle of Gold.
